Request Deletion of Your Pathcraft Account

This page enables authenticated account deletion and explains what happens to learning and personal records in accordance with POPIA and statutory data protection standards.

Self-service in-app deletionIf you have an active account, sign in to use the one-click in-app deletion control. Alternatively, email [email protected] from your registered address with subject “Delete my Pathcraft account”.

What to include for email requests

Send the email address used for the Pathcraft account and identify whether the request is for your own account, a linked minor account you are authorised to manage, or both. Do not email passwords or one-time codes.

What deletion means

After identity or authority checks, Pathcraft will remove or de-identify personal information that is no longer required, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute and backup-retention obligations. Some records may need to be retained for a limited period where law or security requires it.

Minor accounts

A guardian or competent person may request deletion of a linked minor account where authorised. Learner dignity and safety are considered when handling requests that affect a child’s learning records.

This page fulfills mobile app store requirements (Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Data Safety requirements) by exposing both an authenticated in-app account deletion initiation workflow and an unauthenticated public deletion request mechanism.
